Production Time: It normally takes 5-7 business days to process your order. We will send email to you after the package is shipped out.
For customized orders, it needs some extra time for proof confirm.
We have free flat shipping for all small package orders in the US and Free Express Shipping on orders over $150.

Return Policy:
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after receive. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items once you received them.
We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is in high quality. Any question please contact us after you receive your order.
